Chairman Welker called the meeting to order at 7 p.m.

Minutes

The Board members reviewed the minutes of April 15, 2019. Upon the motion made by Gene Dayton, seconded by Brian O’Connor, minutes of April 15, 2019 approved as written. All members present voting in favor.

Old Business

The Board members discussed the recent training on April 27, 2019. Those who attended the free training evening commented that the event had a lot of great topics and was very well done.

The Board congratulated John Ceresoli on his appointment to serve for five additional years and for Jason Tardio for serving one more year.

With no further business, meeting adjourned at 7:07 p.m.
