Present: Mayor Pulver, Trustee Kopp, Trustee Bough Martin, Trustee Horning, Mrs.

Doss, Mrs. Thayer

The Mayor called the special meeting to order at 9 a.m.

Vouchers

The Board reviewed two vouchers presented for payment.

Tracey Road Equipment $179,436.21 for 2019 Freightliner 114sD with Tenco Plow

NFPA $175.00 for 2019 Membership Dues renewal for Jeff Geer

Upon the motion made by Trustee Kopp, seconded by Trustee Bough Martin, the Board

approved the payment of the two vouchers outlined above from the General Fund. All

members present voting in favor.

With no other business before the Board and upon the motion made by Trustee Bough

Martin, seconded by Trustee Kopp, meeting adjourned at 9:03 a.m. All members

present voting in favor.
