Chairman Salmon called the meeting to order at 7 p.m.

Minutes

The Board reviewed the minutes of April 8, 2019.  Upon the motion made by Joyce Newkirk, seconded by Bob Lake, minutes of April 8, 2019 approved as written.  All members present voting in favor.

The members briefly discussed the training program held on April 27, 2019.

Ruby Runne Apartments

Information was sent to the Secretary from Paul Adams via email last week.  This information has been forwarded to Chuck White for his review.  No action this evening, awaiting the review of the data provided.

With no further business, meeting adjourned at 7:25 p.m. upon the motion made by Scott Pellman, seconded by Bob Lake.  All members present voting in favor.
